As a requirement to qualify as a Approved Auto Repair Shop, an independent company conducts an annual spot check of our customer satisfaction.  Proudly, the results to those surveys have awarded our shop with an outstanding 100% Customer Satisfaction for multiple years.

Only a tiny fraction of Approved Auto Repair Shops achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.  An even smaller fraction of them every achieve that in multiple years.  We are proud of the recognition for our service to our customers.  It’s nice to hear. Although, our real pride comes from seeing so many new faces come into our shop because our happy customers referred them.

We know how much auto repairs and maintenance can interrupt you day.  At R&S Automotive we have worked hard at making auto repair and maintenance a more pleasant, less convenient experience for you.  Here are some of the ways we make auto repair & maintenance more easier for you:

• Quick Lube Center:  We have a fast lube and maintenance center that allows you to wait for your maintenance to be completed. Now, there is no need to go to different companies for auto repairs and for maintenance.
• Complimentary Shuttle Service: Just show up for your appointment and one of our shuttle drivers will get you to your office, home or other location.  Once your vehicle’s service is done, the shuttle driver comes out to pick you up and bring you in to the shop.  Thus means you don’t have to inconvenience someone else when you need to bring the car to our shop.
• Great Waiting Room, even for Toddlers:  We have a wonderful and comfortable air conditioned waiting room that features fresh coffee, TV, Magazines, a toddler play area and toys, and Free Wi-Fi.
• Heavy Emphasis on Same-Day Service: We really want you to get your car back the same day you bring it in to us.  So, we have worked hard to develop partnerships with great auto parts sources that get us the parts we need right away, and we have organized our shop to make sure Same-Day Service is easily completed.
• MUCH more convenient than dealership:  We are a wonderful, faster, friendlier, and more accommodating  alternative to the dealerships for your service.  We get you in and out faster, we don’t treat you like a number and we really get to know each and every one of our customers.
